Last updated: June 5, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of InboxFixer and the purchase of InboxFixer's human-reviewed Google Workspace email deliverability audit service.
1. Service
InboxFixer provides a human-reviewed technical audit for Google Workspace email deliverability configuration. The audit may review DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, Google Workspace context, sample message headers, third-party sender information, and related customer-provided details.
InboxFixer identifies and helps fix technical configuration issues that commonly affect deliverability. Inbox placement is influenced by many factors, including sender reputation, recipient filters, message content, engagement, complaints, sending volume, and other factors. InboxFixer does not guarantee inbox placement.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate domain, contact, DNS provider, Google Workspace, sender, and message context. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before making DNS, Google Workspace, or email platform changes.
Do not send passwords to InboxFixer by email, forms, chat, or any other channel. If done-for-you help is requested, InboxFixer may ask to work through screen share or temporary scoped access while you remain in control of your accounts.
3. Payments
Paid audits are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment information. InboxFixer does not store full card numbers. Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the InboxFixer Refund Policy. You can review it at /refund-policy.
5. Reports and Recommendations
Audit reports are based on available evidence at the time of review. DNS records, provider settings, filters, and reputation conditions can change after the report is prepared. Customer-facing report language is reviewed by the operator before delivery.
InboxFixer does not automatically create, update, delete, or overwrite DNS records. You should back up current DNS records before making any changes.
6. Third-Party Services
InboxFixer relies on third-party providers including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Vercel Blob, and Resend. Those providers may process information needed to operate the website, process payments, store records, host reports, and send email.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxFixer is not responsible for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, lost data, DNS misconfiguration, provider outages, recipient filtering decisions, reputation issues, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
