1. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, business email, phone number, domain, DNS provider, Google Workspace context, third-party sending tools, email use case, sending volume estimate, notes, refund requests, and support messages.
We may also collect technical audit data, including public DNS records, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, scanner results, sample subject lines, sample message bodies, and sample message headers that you choose to provide.
Payments are processed by Stripe. InboxFixer receives payment status, checkout metadata, customer contact details, payment identifiers, and amount paid, but does not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to run free scans, create paid audit records, verify payment status, complete human review, generate reports, send service emails, handle refunds, improve operations, maintain internal notes, and protect against misuse or fraud.
3. Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate InboxFixer, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for database storage, Vercel for hosting, Vercel Blob for private PDF report storage, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to InboxFixer.
4. Sharing
InboxFixer does not sell customer personal information. We may share information with service providers, comply with legal obligations, investigate security or fraud issues, enforce our terms, or complete a business transfer such as a sale or reorganization.
5. Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for customer information. No website or internet service can guarantee perfect security. We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve internal operations.
6. Your Choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information where applicable by emailing hello@inboxfixer.com. Some information may need to be retained for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or business-record purposes.
7. Children
InboxFixer is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children through the service.
