Refund Policy

InboxFixer Refund Policy

How refund requests are reviewed for paid human-reviewed audits.

Last updated: June 5, 2026. This policy applies to paid InboxFixer human-reviewed Google Workspace email deliverability audits.

1. Refunds Before Audit Work Begins

You may request a refund before InboxFixer begins the human-reviewed audit. If approved, the refund is issued manually through Stripe to the original payment method.

2. Missed Delivery Window

If InboxFixer misses the stated audit delivery window because of InboxFixer's delay, we will refund the audit fee. Delays caused by missing intake, missing customer context, inaccessible customer systems, customer non-response, DNS propagation, third-party outages, or scope changes may not qualify.

3. After Report Delivery

After the audit report has been delivered, refund requests are reviewed case by case. InboxFixer does not guarantee inbox placement, and continued spam placement by itself does not automatically qualify for a refund after the report has been delivered.

4. How To Request A Refund

If you still have your audit intake or refund link, use the audit-specific refund form. If you lost the email or link, use the public refund request form at /refund.

Refund requests should include the business email used at checkout, the audited domain, and the reason for the request.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued manually in Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds can take several business days to appear depending on the card issuer or bank. InboxFixer cannot force the card issuer's posting timeline.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact InboxFixer first so we can review the issue quickly. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may pause service work while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
